Terms of service

This is a translation. The Spanish version governs.

1. Price. The price, in US dollars, is the one the quote tool shows when the project is created, based on the type of website and what you declare (pages, copy, photos, timeline, how clear the project is). That price does not change after payment.
2. Payment. Paid in full to start, through Mercado Pago, in Colombian pesos: the dollar amount is converted at the official exchange rate (TRM) in effect on the day the payment link is created. Monthly services are charged each month in pesos, at the amount set on the day you subscribe. Modules are paid when purchased and monthly services by subscription, which you can cancel in your Mercado Pago account.
3. Scope. It includes what was quoted and the revision rounds of your type of website. If the brief reveals more scope than quoted, it is offered to you as a module with its price and you decide whether to buy it; without your purchase, the project continues with the paid scope.
4. Human review. The studio reviews every version before sending it to you, and nothing is published on your domain without your approval and the studio’s confirmation.
5. Ownership. The code and content produced for you are yours. You warrant that you hold the rights to the material you provide (photos, logos, copy).
6. Withdrawal. Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 (art. 47) grants five business days of withdrawal in distance sales, except, among other exceptions, for services whose provision has begun with the consumer’s agreement and for goods made to their specifications. By paying, you agree that work starts right away. If you prefer to keep the right of withdrawal, write to us before paying and we start after the five business days.
