Personal data policy

What data we process and why

Name, email, phone, details about your business, the files and messages you upload to your project, and the status of your payments (Mercado Pago processes payment data; we do not store card numbers). We use them to design and build your website, communicate with you, invoice and meet legal obligations. We do not ask for sensitive data; if a question touched on it, answering is optional.

Your consent is recorded, with its date, when you tick it while signing in.

Processors and transfers

We use providers that process data on our behalf: hosting (Vercel), database and files (Supabase), payments (Mercado Pago), automation (GitHub) and AI models (Anthropic) so the experts can work on your project. Several operate in the United States, a country the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce recognizes as having an adequate level of protection (External Circular 005 of 2017).

The sentence on the home page

When you write what your business does on the home page and press «Listen», the sentence is sent to Anthropic (United States) to interpret it and show you phases, experts and price. We do not store it in our database or in logs; Anthropic handles it under its API data policy. To avoid repeating the request, the server keeps the interpretation (type of website, trade, experts and lines per phase) in memory for up to 24 hours, identified by a SHA-256 digest of the sentence. It only reaches your project if you decide to start: it then stays in your browser until you create the project in your portal. Please do not write other people’s data.

To limit usage (5 readings per hour and 15 per day per visitor) we store a fingerprint: a SHA-256 digest of your IP address combined with a secret value that changes every day. We do not store the IP. Fingerprints are deleted on the next request after they turn 48 hours old.
